    We’re based in South Yorkshire and cover Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Chesterfield & Worksop and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, just drop us a message!


  • Do I need to be home during the appointment?

    Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle and you’re happy with arrangements for keys and payment, you don’t need to be present.


  • Do you need access to water or electricity?

    No - our vans are fully self-contained with their own power and water supply. We bring everything we need to complete the job.


  • How long does a valet take?

    It depends on the level of service, but generally:

    • Maintenance Wash: 45–75 mins

    • Full Valet: 1.5–3 hrs

    • Star/Ultimate Detail: 3–5+ hours

    We’ll always give you an estimated time when you book.

  • How do I book an appointment?

    You can book via our contact form, send us a message through WhatsApp, or call us directly. 

    We recommend booking in advance for preferred time slots.


  • How do I pay for the service?

    We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payments via our secure mobile terminal. You’ll receive a receipt on request.


  • What’s the difference between your Star and Ultimate valets?

    The Star Valet includes a full interior and exterior deep clean, ideal for occasional deep refreshes.

    The Ultimate Valet goes a step further, with additional paint protection, detailing, and attention to high-wear areas.

  • Do you clean vans, motorbikes, or commercial vehicles?

    Yes! We work on everything from cars and 4x4s to commercial vans and company fleets. 

    Let us know the type of vehicle when booking.

  • Can you remove pet hair, mould, or smoke odour?

    Yes - we offer specialist interior treatments. Let us know in advance if your vehicle needs attention in any of these areas so we can allocate enough time and equipment.

  • What products do you use? Are they safe for my car?

    We use premium, pH-balanced, vehicle-safe products from trusted professional brands. These are safe for all paint types, interiors, and finishes.


  • What if it rains on the day of my booking?

    We’ll always contact you if weather conditions make the job unworkable. We aim to reschedule at the earliest convenient time or find covered alternatives where possible.


  • How often should I get my car valeted?

    We recommend:

    • Maintenance Wash: Every 2–4 weeks

    • Full/Star Valet: Every 2–3 months

    • Ultimate Detail/Protection: Twice a year for lasting condition and value retention.
